4th Street Garage LLC ("we," "us") runs this website and our shop in Big Spring, Texas. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- From the booking form: your name, phone, email, mailing address, how you'd like us to contact you, and details about your vehicle and what it's doing.
- At drop-off: your vehicle's VIN, plate, odometer reading, condition photos, any lienholder, and your signature on our repair authorization.
- While we work on your car: estimates, your signed approvals (with the date, time and device information), photos and notes about the repair, invoices and payment records.
How we use it
- To schedule, diagnose and repair your vehicle.
- To contact you about your vehicle: estimates, approvals, updates, pickup and billing.
- To keep the records the law and good business require, including signed authorizations and invoices.
- With your separate permission only, to show photos or video of your vehicle on our website, YouTube or social media. We never show your name, plate or VIN.
Texts, calls and email
When you book or check in, you agree that we may call, text or email you about your vehicle. Messages may include a link to your private repair page. Message and data rates may apply. We don't send marketing texts. To stop texts, tell us by phone, text or email and we'll stop.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with anyone for their marketing.
Your private repair page
Each repair gets its own page with a long, random link. Anyone with the link can see that page, so please don't share it. The page doesn't show your full name, address, plate or VIN, and its link turns off 30 days after pickup.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the shop, such as our database and website hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We also share it when the law requires, for example with lienholders when Texas law requires a storage notice.
How long we keep it
We keep repair records, signed authorizations and invoices for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the information we have about you, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
